We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the slopes. The ski in/ski out option was incredibly convenient. The rooms were clean and serviced every day, and we had the option to choose whether we wanted cleaning or receive a voucher. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, both Japanese and western, and it was delicious. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. I would highly recommend this hotel for a ski vacation.

Had a wonderful stay with my hubby, we spent 5 nights here, everything was good. The room was good-sized with a double bed, thin pillow available, greatly enjoyed my time there.
The staff was weird.

The ski-in and ski-out option was great, and the views were beautiful. We also appreciated the ski lockers and the bus service provided to other hotels.
The room was in poor condition and lacked facilities like a working electric kettle. Housekeeping was not done during our 3-night stay, and we had to endure an unpleasant smell in the corridors.

Enjoyed the beautiful mountain views and the convenience of being able to easily rent ski equipment and access the ski lift. the free shuttles to other wings and nearby resorts were a nice added bonus. the food service was outstanding with special vegetarian menus and great quality. the room was spacious and comfortable with a deep soaking tub.
The bar hours were inconvenient and there wasn't a comfortable lounge or onsen to relax in. the limited selection of the convenient store and high prices for beverages and wine were not ideal.

This hotel offers a good location for skiing and snowboarding. It's also nice to have a small convenience store on-site for some last-minute needs. Some rooms have great views and there are lockers for ski equipment. Additionally, there are clean towels available and laundry facilities.
The beds and pillows are uncomfortable, and some of the restaurant options are limited.
